About our Client Portal

We use a system called "BusyPaws" to manage customer information, pet information, scheduling and billing. Your information will never be shared with another party outside of FLX Dog and BusyPaws. BusyPaws is committed to keep your information private and secure, and to not share with another 3rd party.

Online scheduling, registration, cancelation, and payment (processed via Stripe) is available to you through the portal as a convenience. If you wish for us to help with any of these services, please always feel free to give us a call or email. We are happy to help.

You will receive email and SMS notifications from BusyPaws. 

• If you wish to receive these notifications, please make sure the incoming email and text is not blocked by spam filters.
• If you do not wish to receive email or text, these can be turned off in your profile settings or we can help turn them off.
